Benoît Jean told us about his intention to leave the association and therefore the direction of orchestra of OMR.

OMR would like to thank Benoît for everything he has brought to the orchestra since its foundation in 2014. We have shared many and very good musical and friendly moments, original projects with good complementarity.

Our paths are separating. At the end of this 4-Year-old duo at the service of all of you and music, we wish Benoît the success of his future projects.

Thank you Benoît and have a good musical road!

For the orchestra it’s the summer break.

O.M.R. wishes to contribute to the Rennes metropolis’ cultural events and its region. It aims at audiences far from cultural practices as practitioners, users or bystanders with a view to personal involvement of everyone around a shared artistic project.

O.M.R. affirms its desire to participate through artistic projects in the “better living together” of its population. Based on these values, it wants to allow everyone to appropriate art and culture and adopt the slogan of the Hungarian composer Z. Kodaly “music is not a hobby for solitaires but a source of energy for the soul …”
